We took Kyra for her first skiing lesson. She was excited to go, she LOVES being outside. She wasn't too crazy about wearing the helmet and the "special boots" but she went along with it. They questioned us when we checked her in... they didn't believe she was 4. The woman felt she looked more like a 3 year old.
She took to it and seemed to enjoy it.
She looked so little coming down the little hill.
Kyra had dressed herself that day (as she does every day) and her socks didn't cover the height of the ski boots so after an hour and a half, it had dug into her leg and was hurting her so she wanted to leave. She did great in the time she was there and said she would go back with Daddy. Mommy would rather stay in where it is warm.

I've never been skiing, but after watching the Olympics, man it looks like fun!
