My baby is not a baby anymore. Kyra had her first day of Pre-school/Toddler time today. We had been on the waiting list for about a year and a half (who would have thought that getting into pre-school would be so competitive in an area where dirt roads and cows are in abundance) and thankfully some nice little girl is moving so we took her spot. Horray for us! While the actual school starts in Sept, they do a Toddler Time once a week from now through June where a parent stays with the child so they can get familiar with the other students in their class, the classroom and their teacher.
Kyra loved the sand table and the play kitchen. She can't wait for next week. Here she is playing with her friend Caroline.
Everyone say a prayer that Kyra is potty trained by Sept or else she can't get in. We had some progress in that area but have gone down hill since then.
