Postcards from other points in the BVI

We went on a snorkeling tour and checked out some other islands. Got a little fried this day after 7 hours on a boat but it was a great trip. Sorry no bathing suit shots, we figured we would spare you all those sights!

This is Peter Island which has only one resort on it and two restaurants, nice island to go to if you are looking for seclusion.
Here are The Caves on Norman island. This island was the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson's novel "Treasure Island". Todd is pictured in his snorkeling gear.
We visited the wreck of the R.M.S. Rhone off of Salt Island where it has rested since 1867 where it sank during a hurricane. No pictures of the wreck but here is one of Salt Island which has only one inhabitant, no running water or electricity here. The island has salt ponds that are one foot thick, hence the name.
This is a shot of Cooper Island where we anchored for lunch.
Next is Virgin Gorda which was a beautiful place. This is a shot of "The Baths". Named because slaves were once bathed there. It has a unique and beautiful natural arrangement of massive granite boulders. I didn't have my camera with me for the walking tour through them which was spectacular (we had to jump off the boat and swim in).
